Recipe of the Week

BLT Salad

I made too much bacon this morning for breakfast (something that NEVER happens) so I decided for lunch I would make a BLT... Paleo style.  Instead of using bread I made my BLT into a chopped salad adding avocado and a little bit of Greek Yogurt for dressing.  


Ingredients:

3-4 Slices of Cooked Bacon
1 Chopped Tomato
1 Head Chopped Butter Lettuce
1 Avocado
1 Tbsp Greek Yogurt (or Mayo) to Taste

Instructions:

Mix ingredients together and enjoy!
