For this weeks Monday night happy hour, I decided on an outfit that easily transitions from warm afternoon weather to a cooler evening... or more importantly: from summer into fall. Lucky for me, emerald goes well with a tan and fall colors!

I added the floral scarf for some color (and to keep my hair out of my face), the belt to accentuate my waste, and the necklace to dress up the ensemble.

The denim jacket was a simple addition for the cooler evening weather (not to mention super soft and comfy!)
